We ship across the EU for a flat shipping fee of €4.90. Every parcel can be tracked with our shipping provider and you receive tracking info the moment it leaves us.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. We provide the return label; a return-shipping fee of €4.90 (Germany) or €9.90 (rest of the EU) is deducted from your refund. You’ll see the exact amount before you confirm. If your item arrived faulty or incorrect, the return is of course on us.
